I guess my strongest passion would be designing clothes. As a teenager in Traverse City, I designed costumes for local bands. In my twenties, living in Texas, I designed costumes for the PRC (Professional Rodeo Circuit), staying in east Texas twelve years before returning to Northern Michigan. I'm crazy about designing costumes, so Mardi Gras and halloween eve are big favorites of mine.

My husband and I live on an 80 acre fruit farm on Old Mission Peninsula where we raise apples, cherries, and wine grapes.

I've always been a country girl, surrounded by livestock, dogs and many, many projects. If I'm not drawing, painting, sculpting, or sewing, you'll find me driving our Percheron horses, riding our saddled bred mares, or running our Border Collies over their agility course.
